While we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or return is necessary. 1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered for unused locker rentals.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 2 days of the initial rental.
We will process the refund to the original payment method used during the booking.
2. How to Request a Refund:

Once your request is received, we will assess it and respond to you promptly.
3. Returns and Locker Access:
If you wish to return a locker key or access card after your rental period, please return it to our designated drop-off location within 2 days of the end of your rental.
In case of loss or non-return of locker keys or access cards, additional charges may apply.
4. Special Considerations:
Refunds and returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our rental agreement, which you agreed to when booking a locker with us.
Refunds will not be granted for any part of the rental period that has already passed.
